Breeder Feline Sales Contract
ALL MONEYS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

1.  Feline Name: ____________________   Color: _________________   Sex: ___

2.  Under no circumstances will this feline be sold to any pet shop or research laboratory.

3.  Indoor sanitary conditions will be provided and feline will not be allowed to roam outdoors.

4.  If feline is found to be neglected for any unreasonable length of time, buyer agrees to surrender feline unconditionally.

5.  Seller will provide Buyer with record of feline vet check up.

6.  Seller will provide Buyer with feline registration papers and rabies certificate if applicable.

7.  Seller guarantees the health and breeder quality of this feline for the period of 12 months. This feline is required to be kept on NuVet vitamins.  NuVet samples and packet information is given at time of purchase to Buyer.

8.  Buyer agrees to follow up with vaccinations and worming schedule shown in health record.

9.  Seller assumes no responsibility or liability of the feline after leaving premises of the cattery due to landlords’ disapproval, vet medical expense, mortality due to accidents, feline injections, allergy to animals or for damages caused by this feline.

10.  Breeder cannot possibly give any guarantee neither of the appearance including final color nor of the adult disposition thereof, nor guarantee the nature of breeding and producing offspring.

11.  Seller represents and warrants that feline is in good health. Buyer is encouraged to have feline examined at his/her option and sole expense by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up. This should be done if feline’s health is in question or if Buyer just wants peace of mind that feline is in good health. If within the 72 hour period, such veterinarian’s examination reveals a serious illness, then the Seller must provide proof to Buyer within 24 hours.

12.  Buyer agrees there are common infections cats are often subject to suffer such as FIP and others that are beyond the control of the Seller. Seller will not be held responsible for any type of common feline infections known to affect cats.
